  • What do you mean by "customer functions"?

    The parts of a business that own the customer relationship: experience, success, operations and service, along with the leadership, transformation, insight and analytics roles around them. If the role shapes what customers get and whether they stay, it is what we do.

  • Do you place junior or contact centre agent roles?

    It depends on the role. We recruit specialist and business-critical customer positions at any level, from an individual contributor role such as a real time planner or workforce planner through Head of and senior leadership to C-suite, because these hires carry real weight for the business. Where a search is volume or frontline recruitment, we'll say so early and point you to a partner better suited to it.
